On 13th March 2008, a client instructed a Phew! Tottenham Conveyancing solicitor to assist in the purchase of a property located on Devonshire Hill Lane, Tottenham, London. The property was bought for £ 250000 by the client. The London Borough of Haringey was related to this conveyancing deal.
The conveyancing solicitor inspected the office copy entries related to the freehold property & found that the title is absolute. The absolute title of the property eliminated worries about its ownership as it was guaranteed by the registry. The solicitor also assured that the property was occupied by the seller and his immediate family members before the sale.
The additional restrictive covenants that were registered against the property were the ones’ mentioned in the schedule of restrictive covenants in the freehold title. The covenants mentioned must be strictly adhered throughout the ownership of the property or else might result in severe consequences.
Devonshire Hill Lane is adopted & is maintained by London Borough of Haringey. Our Conveyancing Solicitors’ inspection did not reveal any future plans regarding the arrival of new roads or maintenance of existing roads.
