On 28th March 2008, a client instructed a Phew! West Wimbledon Conveyancing solicitor to assist in the purchase of a property located on Durham Road, West Wimbledon, London. The property was bought by the client for £ 317000. The London Borough of Merton was related to this conveyancing deal.
The conveyancing solicitor carefully inspected the office copy entries and found that the property was leasehold. The conveyancing solicitor also assured the property to be solely occupied by the owner and his immediate family members. The additional rights passing with the property, the additional rights over the property, as well as the additional restrictive covenants registered against the property is listed in the lease dated 24th January 1995.
Durham Road is not maintained by London Borough of Merton, that means a contribution has to be made towards its development and maintenance. Our Conveyancing Solicitors’ inspection did not reveal any future plans regarding arrival of new roads or maintenance of existing roads.
